Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene standards, and international shipping logistics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our size charts carefully before purchasing).

Slight color variations due to monitor settings.
Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Items We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is:

Defective or Damaged: Items that arrived broken, torn, or with functional defects.

Incorrect Item: Items that differ from your order (wrong size, color, or product).

Significant Description Error: Items that are materially different from the product description.
How to Request a Return for Exceptions: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements: Please provide your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or the incorrect item.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Manual Measurement Note: Please note that due to manual measurement by the brand, a 2-3 cm difference in size may occur. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping: For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please do not send items back without prior authorization from our team.
